Chapter Activities & Projects
The NSDC Chapter at NMIMS will focus on organizing hands-on workshops, hackathons, and seminars on topics such as machine learning, AI ethics, climate data analytics, and urban informatics. We plan to facilitate industry-academia collaborations through guest lectures, mentorship programs, and project showcases. Students will also be encouraged to contribute to open datasets and community research initiatives, aligned with NSDC’s mission of democratizing data science education. We aim to actively collaborate with other NSDC Chapters globally to broaden our students’ exposure and professional network.
