BrainMap.org Meta-Connectomics Workshop

The focus of the Meta-Connectomics Workshop is using coordinate-based meta-analysis (CBMA) to discover brain network architecture (connectomics) in health and disease. A new research resource will be debuted: BrainMap HCP. BrainMap HPC is a digital ecosystem for coordinate-based meta-analysis (CBMA) which provides data (3 BrainMap DBs), CBMA applications, and flexible pipelines in an HPC environment hosted by the Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC).
