Chapter Activities & Projects
The objectives of the Amrita School of Engineering Bengaluru – NSDC Chapter are focused on enhancing data science education, fostering innovation through research, and engaging competitively and communally with relevant stakeholders. Here are our concise goals:
- Conduct seminars and workshops to provide both foundational and advanced knowledge in data science.
- Promote interactive, peer-based learning through collaborative projects to reinforce practical application of data science concepts.
- Support the development of projects that focus on or integrate machine learning and deep learning, aiming for academic publication and practical application.
- Facilitate collaboration among members to enhance the quality and impact of their research, leading to recognized contributions in the field.
- Organize and participate in internal and external hackathons to cultivate a competitive spirit and improve problem-solving skills in data science contexts.
- Acknowledge and celebrate the achievements and contributions of members in these competitions to foster a culture of success and innovation.
